The “finding help” page is easy to use and contains links to many of Minnesota’s agencies that provide benefits programs, and other programs for seniors and caregivers. |

A network of non-profit community based programs staffed by volunteers to assist elders who live in their homes in the community. Services provided include companionship visits, telephone reassurance, simple home repairs, lawn/garden services, transportation, assisting with Medicare paperwork, and organizing social activities. They also help arrange for Meals on Wheels, housekeeping/chore service, adult day care, respite support, and legal/financial assistance. There are currently four programs operating in the Minneapolis area, 17 in the St. Paul area, and 24 communities in the outer areas of Minnesota. |
