Prior to founding Enhanced Care Solutions, Allison was a venture capitalist with Coral Ventures, a $350 million early-stage technology and healthcare venture capital firm, and with LFE Capital, a later-stage investment firm focused on business services, health, and consumer sectors. Prior to venture capital, Allison was an equity research analyst with Piper Jaffray covering the supply chain and enterprise software sectors and spent several years as a management consultant with Mercer Management Consulting. At Mercer, Allison focused on corporate strategy across a variety of industries including retail, financial services, e-commerce, and energy. Prior to business school, Allison was the Market Research Manager at the Greater Los Angeles World Trade Center Association, where she orchestrated a turnaround of the department to become a primary revenue source for the organization. Allison also served as Legislative Aide for trade/budget/tax issues to US Senator Alan Cranston. Allison grew up in a small business and began working in the family business at age 12. |

Allison received her MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from UCLA. Allison is an active volunteer member of CAST (Center for Aging Services Technologies www.agingtech.com) and serves on the Vision Task Group. In 2005, Allison was named, by the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal, as one of 25 Women Changemakers in the Twin Cities. |

Prior to founding Enhanced Care Solutions, Scott spent over 7 years in private equity. Most recently, Scott was a Partner with Churchill Equity Partners, a $430 million buyout fund focused on middle market companies in niche manufacturing, business services, and distribution. Scott was the lead partner on several portfolio companies, including an EMS manufacturer, a specialty printer, and a building products distributor. Prior to Churchill, Scott was with Security Capital Preferred Growth (now part of GE Capital), a $1 billion private equity fund focused on expansion and re-capitalization investments. Scott also worked in strategic planning at The Walt Disney Company and served as a Business Analyst with ARCO (now British Petroleum). |
