The ECS Health & Medical Profile serves as an always-accessible, secure, private health and medical record in case of emergencies to help medical responders make the right medication decisions, facilitate faster diagnoses, and provide better, more informed care. We also offer our customers complimentary care concierge services so that if we can’t meet your needs, we’ll find the people and agencies that can.

Our Circle of Care takes a practical, solutions approach to better address your needs.
As family “caregivers” ourselves, we have a real life understanding of the most critical needs and frustrations. We understand that families are time and resource constrained but want the highest quality, most affordable solutions to address their many needs. We understand that they may not know exactly what they want or they may just want to see what options are out there. That is why we provide a full circle of care to address the most common needs with the most practical solutions.  In addition, if we don't have what you need, we'll help you find it with care concierge.

Early notification and emergency response systems are extremely robust
We have partnered with one of the most respected manufacturers in the world - GE - to strike the right balance between robust functionality and value. Some of the extra features and functionalities standard to our offering that are not commonly available through other programs include:

• Smart sensor capabilities that target specific, high-risk situations such as carbon monoxide, medication compliance, and inactivity
• Added features such as “flashing lights as reminders” for the hard of hearing
• System configuration options that are customized to your needs
• Pre-programmed and, if you prefer, Enhanced Care installed for you
• Re-programming by us should your needs change with no charge to you
• Weekly automatic systems checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly, without requiring the elderly or disabled person to remember to “check in”

No long-term contracts
You can cancel at any time and receive a full refund on any prepaid but unused service, subject to the terms of the customer agreement.

Outstanding product quality, backed up by strong warranties
All of our products carry a minimum of one-year manufacturer’s warranty. In addition, many of our programs are offered on a lease basis, in which case we offer free replacement, so long as you remain a subscriber. If required, we will provide in-home servicing at no additional cost.
