As a Company, we are dedicated to respecting and protecting the privacy of our Users and the confidentiality of the information that our Users (“You” or “Users”) may provide to Enhanced Care Solutions, Inc. (the “Company” or “Us”) through its Web site, or other related services (collectively referred to as the “Site”).

Information Collection Practices on the Site
The Company does not collect personal identifiable information about Users on the Site unless You provide Us that information voluntarily. Personal identifiable information would include, but not be limited to, name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, age, gender, occupation, and other information pertinent to your caregiving situation or interest.

For the direct sale of products and services by the Company (as the “merchant of record”) to Users, the Company may use previously provided personal identifiable information or may ask for new personal identifiable information (including bill-to and ship-to addresses) and financial information (including credit card numbers, card expiration dates, and insurance information where applicable). This information is used for billing and payment purposes and to fill and ship Users’ orders. If there is a problem processing the order, the Company uses the contact information to get in touch with the affected User. In certain cases, some of this information (such as the ordered items, ship-to address, and recipient’s name) will be provided to a business partner of the Company for fulfillment services. To protect the privacy of Users, the Company has entered into contracts with those business partners that prohibit the business partners from using the provided information for any purpose other than that for which the Company contracted the service.

The Company will not sell, rent, lease, share, or otherwise disseminate any personal identifiable information collected at the Site to any commercial third parties including affiliates, business partners, sponsors, or other entities without the permission of the User. (Please see the Choice section of this Privacy Policy on this procedure). The Company reserves the right to provide certain personal identifiable information that it determines in good faith must be provided to certain parties to comply with applicable federal, state, or local jurisdictional rules, regulations, laws, or orders.

Information Collection Practices on Linked Sites
This Site contains links to other sites that may have information of interest to Users. Please be aware that the Company exercises no authority over those sites and is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage Users to be aware when we they leave our site and to read the privacy statements for each linked Web site to understand how that Web site collects and uses personal identifiable information.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data placed by the Site onto the User’s hard drive. The cookie contains information about the User session that allows the Site to deliver focused content to the User. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on the Site.

The Site uses a session cookie, contains information about the User session that allows the Site to identify and relate requests originating from a user’s browser. Once the User closes the browser, the session cookie is discarded.

IP Addresses and Log Files
An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer whenever you access the Internet. It is an important part of the process by which computers and servers communicate with each other over the Internet. The Company uses IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information to maintain visitor anonymity. However, the Company will use IP addresses to identify those parties who violate Terms of Use agreements or otherwise interfere with, threaten, or disrupt our Site, service, customers, or other parties associated with the Site.

Choice—Your permission to receive information from the Company
The Company has adopted an “opt-out” policy in respect to emails from the Company to Users. Upon registration, the Company will send all new members a welcoming email verifying their email address and password. Subsequently the Company will send periodic emails to registered Users. The emails may contain information about important Site features, changes, service announcements, changes in Site policies, newsletters, surveys, questionnaires, contests, special offers, and other information from the Company. Under the “opt-out” policy, the User can choose not to receive email services from the Company. Subsequent to registration, the User may notify the Company of their desire to “opt-out” by either email or first class postage prepaid US Mail.
Each email sent by the Company to the User does contain a section in which the User can send an email to the Company to discontinue receipt of emails. Otherwise, the User can send a separate email to the address below.

The Company does not provide any User’s personal identifiable information including User’s email address to any of its business partners for any purpose.

Correction and Updating of Personal Identifiable Information
Once a User has registered with the Site, the User will be able to select a password that can be used to access the Site on subsequent visits. The User will be able to access profile data maintained by the Site using their email address and password for purposes of correcting, changing, or deleting information in their profile data. In the event that a User cannot access their profile data, the User can either send an email or letter to the above addresses requesting the type of changes to be made.

Security Policy
The Site takes every precaution to protect our Users’ information. The Site has established security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information on the Site. Access to User information is restricted to those employees who have a specific need to use such information, and the Company has implemented policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure that User information remains secure.

When the User submits certain personal identifiable information and other sensitive data to the Site from their computer, the User’s browser may notify the User that the data is preparing to be transmitted over a secured connection. This notification is controlled by the browser software which the User may be able to disable or enable through the browser. The transmitted information is encrypted and protected using industry standard protocol.

Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will update the Privacy Policy on our Web site and will post the effective date of the most current version of our Privacy Policy. Changes to the Privacy Policy will be effective on the date that the revised Privacy Policy is posted.

Users should periodically check the Privacy Policy to be aware of the information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We will use information in accordance with the Privacy Policy under which the information was collected. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information collected from a User in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected or last updated by the User, we will post a revised Privacy Policy and will notify users by way of email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in the manner described in the revised Privacy Policy.
